How much are custom cakes?

Pricing is dependent on the number of servings and the complexity of the design. There is a $150 minimum for all custom cakes.

How do I transport my cake after pick-up?

We recommend placing the cake flat on the passenger floorboard in your vehicle, with the air conditioning set at 72 degrees or below. Cakes will melt in hot/humid weather conditions, if placed in direct sunlight or if in transit for over an hour. Please refrigerate immediately upon arrival to your destination. Allow the cake to sit at room temperature 30 minutes to an hour before serving.

How Far in advance should I place an order?

Custom orders require a 3 weeks’ notice. Orders can be expedited for an additional fee if scheduling permits.

HOW DO I BOOK a Cake Tasting?

Cake tastings are available only for weddings and events with over 100 servings. For more information, click here to access our wedding page.

Do you offer faux cakes?

Yes, we offer faux cake options. The purchase of a sheet cake with 100 servings or more is required. Sheet cakes start at $4 per serving.

Can I order a cake with no customizations?

Absolutely! Our Signature Sweets Collection will include a variety of non-customized cakes, cupcakes and cookies.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is available for an additional fee of $1.50 per mile from zip code 76018. Deliveries must be scheduled when your order is booked. Clients are responsible for providing an accurate address and must be present at the time of the delivery.

What pAYMENT oPTIONS aRE aVAILABLE?

We accept all major credit cards. For custom orders, you will receive the link to your invoice to complete your electronic payment. Payment plans are available for wedding cakes, and custom orders over $250. For custom orders, your order must be paid in full at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

American Buttercream is too sweet, do you offer other alternatives?

Yes, we offer Italian Meringue Buttercream and Swiss Meringue Buttercream as an alternatives. Both are light, silky, and less sweet than American Buttercream.

I found a photo of a cake that I love! Can you make a cake just like it?

We do not replicate cakes from other artists. Your photo(s) can be used as inspiration, and your cake will be customized to fit your theme/event in a modern, unique way!

CAN I ORDER CUPCAKES WITH MORE THAN ONE FLAVOR?

There is a one flavor per dozen requirement.

How do I store My Cake?

Allow the cake to sit at room temperature for up to 1 hour before serving. We do not recommend leaving your cake out of the refrigerator for more than two hours. Once your cake is cut, please store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container or sealed with plastic wrap to retain the cake’s moisture.

Terms & Conditions

  • Your deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable or transferable.

  • We must receive the balance by the due date indicated or the invoice will be cancelled, any contracts will be null and void, and the deposit will not be refunded. If you miss your final payment on the initial due date, there will be an additional 25% charge to the total that is due if you choose to proceed with the order.

  • The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

  • Delivery and setup is an additional cost. Your order will be placed on your designated cake or dessert table.

  • Table decor, cake stands, plates, and cutlery are not included.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 72 degrees Fahrenheit or below.

  • If flowers are provided by an outside source, we will place them for an additional fee. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.

  • If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession.

  • On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

  • Cakes are chilled prior to delivery. Therefore, all cake orders that are delivered have to be set out 1 hour prior to your event. 

  • We offer no-obligation design consultations for all cakes. Any cake ordered from a picture or photo of a cake produced elsewhere can only be reproduced by us as our interpretation of the cake and will not be a replica. Please be aware that copyright also protects some designs and, therefore, cannot be copied.

  • Your cake is important to us. Please take the time to check the details of your quote and order carefully. It is your responsibility to contact us of any changes required to your original order. We will try and accommodate any changes where possible. We cannot guarantee to do so and reserve the right to increase the price quoted for any extra work required.

  • Any changes made to your original design are subject to a change in the quoted price. Included are supplies that may no longer be needed but have already been purchased. Please note we are unable to make any changes within seven days of the delivery/collection date for celebration cakes or within four weeks of the wedding date.

  • If, for any reason, you need to re-arrange your occasion date, we will try our best to accommodate these changes at no additional charges; provided sufficient notice is given and that we can offer a cake for the re-arranged occasion date. We will do our best to accommodate your order but CANNOT GUARANTEE to be able to do so. If we are already fully booked for your new occasion date and unable to provide the cake, your deposit will not be refunded. 

  • Prior arrangement is required to collect all orders within a time slot mentioned in your order form. A signature is needed for cake collection, confirming that you have received your order in good condition and as specified. We will not accept liability for any damage sustained to the cake once it has been collected and signed for.

  • Deliveries should be arranged at the time of ordering or as soon as possible afterwards. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided correct delivery information and to ensure that the venue is open and available at the arranged time. At the venue, should we have to wait to gain entry, you will be billed for the time at a rate of $50 per hour. If no-one is available to receive the cake at the agreed delivery time, your order will remain in our possesion and we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time; for which a charge will be payable. We accept no responsibility for any loss or consequential loss incurred by the customer as a result. 

  • While we try to ensure that your cake is presented beautifully and set up at its best, the stability or levelness of the table upon which the cake is displayed or the quality of the surrounding around the cake is not in our control. Please ensure, the "cake presentation table" is stable, level and sturdy enough to hold the cake. A large six tier rich fruit wedding cake can weight up to 15lbs. Please also remember that chocolate covered cakes can melt under extreme temperature conditions. If the cake is to be set up by the venue staff, we will leave instructions on how the cake is to be displayed and obtain a signature to verify that I have done so. Once the cake is delivered or collected, set-up, and signed for we are not responsible for any interference or damage to the cake.

  • Your order may contain some non-edible items such as cake toppers, ribbons, flowers, or cake dowels to stabilize tiered cakes. During the delivery, we will make the recipient aware of any non-edible items that must be removed before the cake is sliced and served.

  • Heat and humidity can adversely affect your cake. In warmer months, we advise that the cake be kept in an air conditioned area or, at the very least, a cool area. (Refrigeration is not recommended for fondant cakes). It is strongly suggested that cakes being collected by the customer be transported in an air-conditioned vehicle. You understand that we in no way are responsible for any damage that may occur due to weather conditions.

  • Where damage does occur at the irrefutable fault of our business, a partial or full refund may be given, this will be determined on an individual basis. Proof must be provided immediately, either in person or by way of pictorial evidence. The customer is made aware that specific designs (e.g., topsy-turvy) are more structurally sensitive than others; improper handling can lead to damage. Assuming all precautions have been taken by us, to provide you with a sound structural support; we accept no liability for any damage that may occur once the cake is in the customer's possession.

  • All payments and deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order. 

  • Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we have the right to cancel. You will be informed in writing and you will receive your deposit back within 7-10 business days of the cancellation.
